Rhonda “RJ” Johnson is a dedicated REALTOR® with Century 21 AllPoints Realty, serving Santa Rosa Beach and the surrounding Emerald Coast communities. A licensed real estate professional in Florida (License #3441589), RJ specializes in residential and investment property sales, offering comprehensive support to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process—from initial negotiations to contract execution.

A native of the Emerald Coast since 1978, RJ brings extensive local knowledge and market insight to every client interaction. Her real estate career began in 2016 as a Business Development Manager for ResortQuest Vacation Rentals, giving her a strong foundation in property management and vacation rentals across Northwest Florida. She has since established herself as a trusted resource for clients looking to buy or sell from Fort Walton Beach to Panama City Beach, with a particular focus on investment opportunities along the Gulf Coast.

Before transitioning to real estate, RJ built a successful career in marketing and public relations, including roles with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning, as well as two decades in broadcast media as an Account Manager for NBC and CBS affiliates. Today, she continues to apply her background in strategic marketing, customer service, and communication to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
